Prenatal Yoga Series

Fridays at 6pm, Triangle Rock Club Durham

Join yoga instructor and birth doula Laura Lundegard for a supportive 1 hour Prenatal Yoga Class. This 6 week series is designed to help strengthen and lengthen your body as you prepare for birth. Each class can be taken on it's own or as a part of the whole series. We'll have a brief check-in to start each class, followed by a prenatal yoga class that is safe for all trimesters of pregnancy.
